Ashok Segu
With over 30 years of business leadership experience, Ashok is responsible for project development, land/property acquisitions, and liaising with local, state, & central government agencies.
Ashok has developed Raffles Park, a 4 Lakh sq. ft., 61-Million Dollar Villa enclave, apart from several high-end individual homes that includes a 16,500 sq ft, pent-house at Four Seasons Residences at Embassy ONE, as well as a 115,000 sq. ft . build- to -suit (BTS) manufacturing facility for an MNC.
He is a graduate of Arizona State University
with double Masters in Materials Science and Computer and Information Systems. He led the development of ProjectNet™ that provided cloud based Construction Project Management solutions for global leaders such as Bechtel, Duke, Fluor, and GE Power Systems.
He has worked with leading global design
firms such as Gensler, HOK, SOM, WATG, TSA,
Foster+Partners, WOW, KGA and many more.
